  • Our Essentials Series features coffees that are roasted for balance, consistency, and versatility. These are the blends and single origins you reach for daily—whether you're brewing at home, dialing in your café bar, or gifting a friend. Designed to be crowd-pleasers, they offer familiar flavor profiles with a specialty-grade twist. From a crisp light roast, to a traditional dark, we have a coffee for you.

  • The Premium Series showcases coffees with unique terroir and processing methods that highlight the diversity of the specialty coffee world, including washed, honey, and natural processed coffees. These offerings are often micro lots, traceable to specific farms or cooperatives, and roasted to bring out their most expressive qualities. Ideal for pour overs, cuppings, and slow sips

  • Our Nano-Lot Series is a celebration of innovation and rarity. These coffees come from very unique and limited harvests—sometimes just a few bags—and often feature experimental processing techniques or rare cultivars. Each nano-lot is roasted in small batches and released in limited quantities, making every cup a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

  • The Roaster’s Selection Series is a rotating showcase of coffees handpicked by our roasting team. These selections reflect what excites us most—whether it’s a standout lot from a recent competition, a new origin we’re exploring, or a profile we think deserves the spotlight. Expect surprises, bold flavors, and a direct line to our roaster’s palate.

About

Azul was masterfully crafted as a single origin inspired by the beautiful turquoise-blue waters and beaches of Roatan in the Honduran Caribbean. Roasted light, Azul is a perfect single origin that maintains the true essence of the bean while providing a medium body and some caramel tones. With captivating stone fruit, citric and floral notes, Azul will be your perfect match on a spring day.

Although the inspiration takes you to the beautiful Honduran Caribbean, Azul really is born in the Sierras of Marcala, La Paz. At extremely high altitudes nearing 1700 mts, the beans used for Azul are produced by COMSA, a local Cooperative that stands for Organic and Fair Trade Coffee. COMSA is not just a producer of high quality Organic coffee, but they also believe that true human development can only happen through education starting at infant stages. With this vision, COMSA established its own Elementary and Middle School for their coop members. About 80% of students are sponsored by COMSA which allows farmers and producers to provide high quality and free education to their children. Every time you buy Azul, you are directly sponsoring children to have a better education, and consequently a better future.

About

Hola! Como estas? Hello, How are you?. Hola is just the perfect representation of the Latino and Hispanic community. A celebration to our origins, to our culture, and to our contribution to the American society, Hola! is the perfect coffee to establish long term and meaningful relationships. Every fun, loving, and caring relationship started with an "Hola!". Try it today, try it tomorrow, try it every day. Smile and say "Hola!"

Hola! was our first blend. This blend combines beans from two very distinct coffee regions in Honduras. The boldness and chocolate notes from Copan paired with the floral and strong citric flavors of Marcala make of Hola! a well balanced cup that you will be able to enjoy any season.

But Hola! was inspired by our relationships with our producers and farmers. There are 100,000 small producers that contribute to more than 90% of the total production of coffee in Honduras. Today, Honduras is the 6th largest producer of coffee in the world, and this could not be possible without meaningful and honest relationships. Hola! is a celebration of Honduras, its people, and its producers. It's a celebration of a world where everyone can live with love, dignity, and respect. Say Hola!

About

Our Flagship Medium Roast that will make you smile with its buttery fragrance and delicious aroma. Bold, balanced to perfection, and masterfully roasted, Sierra is a reflection of the intensity and purity of Honduran coffee.

Sierra’s origin is the Region of Copan in Western Honduras. 1200 years ago this area was heavily populated by Mayan Empires with their glorious cities and magnificent pyramids. The sierras surrounding the vast valleys overlook the old cities that during their peak periods had the same passion of today’s modern cities. The Mayans were some of the first ones to process cacao into what today we know as chocolate. According to the Smithsonian, “Cacao figured into pre-modern Maya society as a sacred food, sign of prestige, social centerpiece, and cultural touchstone”. The mountains where coffee is now produced used to be a sacred place where cacao was grown. Sierra’s flavor notes are marked by this great history and outstanding cinnamon and chocolate notes.
