Hola! was our first blend. This blend combines beans from two very distinct coffee regions in Honduras. The boldness and chocolate notes from Copan paired with the floral and strong citric flavors of Marcala make of Hola! a well balanced cup that you will be able to enjoy any season.
But Hola! was inspired by our relationships with our producers and farmers. There are 100,000 small producers that contribute to more than 90% of the total production of coffee in Honduras. Today, Honduras is the 6th largest producer of coffee in the world, and this could not be possible without meaningful and honest relationships. Hola! is a celebration of Honduras, its people, and its producers. It's a celebration of a world where everyone can live with love, dignity, and respect. Say Hola!
