We roast on-site multiple times a week and serve thoughtfully crafted coffee daily. Early mornings offer a glimpse into the roasting process.

Our menu balances tradition with creativity. We serve espresso, pour-over, and drip—each designed to highlight the character of Honduran coffee.
Espresso: Smooth and balanced, with chocolate, nutty, caramel notes, and subtle citrus—perfectly suited for cappuccinos and lattes.
Pour Over: Vibrant, sweet, and complex, showcasing remarkable clarity and brightness.
Drip Coffee: Offered daily in light, medium, and dark roasts to suit every palate.
