For the past three years, Viva has cultivated a direct relationship with fifth-generation Honduran coffee producer Fabio Caballero Jr. In 2026, Gerardo visited Fabio's Finca La Salvaje in Santa Ana, experiencing firsthand the pristine farm, remarkable elevation, and extraordinary terroir that give these coffees their distinctive character. This natural processed Catuai marks the first coffee release from our partnership. More than a coffee, it represents years of trust, shared values, and a commitment to quality at every stage of the supply chain.
We are honored to share Fabio's work with our community and celebrate the people, place, and craftsmanship behind every cup.
