This is our second Pacamara bean and we are just impressed by its character and cup experience. Carefully produced as a nano lot and naturally dried with an extended fermentation, this coffee is elegant and vivid, highlighting notes of red grapes, peach, and ripe berries. Its light body and bright, complex acidity create a cup that feels clean, intentional, and alive.
