In Cincinnati’s O’Bryonville district, our café brings together a micro roastery and coffee shop under one roof—designed to showcase coffee from origin to cup.

We roast on-site multiple times a week and serve thoughtfully crafted coffee daily. Early mornings offer a glimpse into the roasting process.

Our cafe and roastery is open Monday - Friday (7AM - 3PM) and Saturday (8AM - 3PM)

Our menu balances tradition with creativity. We serve espresso, pour-over, and drip—each designed to highlight the character of Honduran coffee.

  • Espresso: Smooth and balanced, with chocolate, nutty, caramel notes, and subtle citrus—perfectly suited for cappuccinos and lattes.

  • Pour Over: Vibrant, sweet, and complex, showcasing remarkable clarity and brightness.

  • Drip Coffee: Offered daily in light, medium, and dark roasts to suit every palate.
